From Design to House Completion
From design to house completion requires multi-party consultation and cooperation.
New house case:
Purchase land → land survey → draw design drawings → submit building confirmation to the municipal government → build a house → intermediate inspection → final qualification inspection → hand over the house
Decoration case:
Draw design drawings → confirm with Gongwu shop several times on site→ Finalize the construction period → Dismantle the house→ Decorate the house→ Arranging the interior→The house is completed
｜建造篇
① 土地測量與分析
建造的起點，是了解土地本身。
我們會根據地形、道路接面、採光方向與法規限制（建蔽率・容積率・高度限制等）進行詳細分析。
② 平面規劃與空間設計
設計房屋，我們追求空間利用率，也考慮動線的流暢、空間的美感與生活的舒適便利。透過多次討論與修改，逐步確定設計方案。
③ 外觀設計・立面構想
我們以京町家的獨特風格與傳統元素為基調，結合現代材料與工法，創造出既融入街景又具獨特性的建築形象。
④ 施工圖製作
與工務店及相關建築士合作，確定建築施工詳圖、建築材質、構造細節與防火、防震、安全等要件。
⑤ 開工・施工管理
施工期間定期現場確認，根據工務店和反饋和實際效果，調整設計方案細節，監督施工品質，確保工程進度。
｜佈置篇
⑥ 傢俱與電器配置
房屋建造完成後，根據空間動線與房間風格配置傢俱與電器，確保使用舒適度、便利度與視覺平衡。現場確認顏色、材質、尺寸、擺位。
⑦裝飾物佈置
各種既有地域特色，又有民俗文化寓意的裝飾物，也是民宿吸引力不可缺少的一部分。我們精心挑選符合民宿格調和建築風格的裝飾物，營造一處具有個性，給人留下深刻印象的空間。裝飾物的挑選和設定並不簡單，搭配擺放都要反覆嘗試，直到搭配出最好的效果。
⑧上線前準備工作
民宿上線之前，還有大量準備工作。
圖片拍攝根據季節、天氣與光線反覆規劃，多次拍攝，只為捕捉空間最富有魅力的瞬間。
我們會精選照片，並製作與照片結合的說明文以及入住指南。所有說明均為中、英、日三種語言，介紹空間細節、文化習俗、家電操作方式與周邊遊玩資訊。
做好這一切，我們才會最終上線民宿。
